THE TASTE OF THE TROSSACHS AND LOCH LOMOND

Stuart, Head Chef and owner has been cooking since the age of 14 and successfully ran The Wayfarers restaurant in Croftamie gathering a strong following from locals for his delicious home-made recipes . His partner Jennifer, formerly a primary school teacher, runs the office and day-to-day duties of the hotel and you will often see her buzzing around the restaurant floor.

The Drymen Inn also has a great team of hardworking and friendly staff working in the bar and restaurant and it has gradually become an extremely desirable venue and superb addition to The National Park. Through their polite and friendly demeanour many guests return time and time again having warmed to the personal touches that The Drymen Inn provides.
